You can combine it with your favorite dish. You will need 1 kg of oranges and sweetener to taste. Put small pieces of peeled orange in a container and gradually add the sweetener with a quarter of the diced peel. Boil for a few minutes until you achieve the desired consistency, then pour the mixture into a container and cool.

5. Gelatin cubes with citrusHealthy snacks

It will be a very easy way to ingest rich snacks nutritious with vitamin C. Cut the fruits of your choice into pieces, put them in the blender with a little water and blend. Then, pour the mixture into a bowl over low heat and add a little sugar to taste and an envelope of greeting. Let it refrigerate for a few hours and when ready cut it into cubes.

6. Energy bites

Everyone at home can not only eat them but also enjoy making them. They do not need to be baked and can be refrigerated for several days. To prepare them you need 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, a handful of almonds, 1/2 cup of dates and a handful of dried orange. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and when you feel it is sticky, start making balls. Put them in the refrigerator for a few hours and they will be ready to eat. If you want, you can cover them with scratched coconut or walnut.
